Offseason weekly rate

Stay
a 3rd night free for midweek stays during the off-season (October
until Memorial Day weekend). Holidays excluded.

There is a $50 cleaning fee (all cleaning except dishes is done for you) |

$200 security deposit. Fully refundable. |

A non-refundable reservation deposit of 1/3 the total price is required to confirm the reservation. Balance is due one week before you plan to leave for the house (so I have time to mail you the key and directions) |

Dogs are allowed as long as they are well-behaved and care is taken to keep them off the furniture and out of the main area of the house while they are wet or muddy. You will of course be responsible for any damage caused by your pet. |

The house is strictly non-smoking. |

If the house
is not rented 3 days before any given weekend, we will offer it to whoever
signs up on our e-mail list at a 15% discount!!!
