The Pier House is even closer to the beach than the house on Guardenia Street, just a few houses away and close enough to hear the pounding of the surf.

This completely remodeled, 2-story house has a vaulted, hardwood ceiling and open floor plan. Step outside on the 2nd floor balcony, and you can hear the surf and feel the breeze off the ocean…

The woodstove lures you, with the cozy warmth that only comes from a wood fire, to sit in the rocking chair and while away an afternoon with a book from our collection. Lots of rainy-day entertainment ranging from books to DVD to a motley collection of kid's toys & games.

There are two upstairs bedrooms (queen-size beds) and a queen sofa-bed in the living room. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with kids in mind, including 2 sets of bunk beds and our now-famous “Kid Décor”.

A covered deck opens out onto the secluded, completely fenced backyard. BBQ is available. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, etc.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. A "doggie door" opens from the completely fenced backyard to the utility room of the house with a "baby gate" separating it from the rest of the house (for "possibly slightly damp dog" conditions).
